Scott began his real estate journey in 1996 alongside his wife, Stefani, after purchasing their first rental property in Oklahoma City. Over the years, they built a portfolio of single-family homes and small apartment properties, gaining firsthand experience in property acquisition, renovations, leasing, tenant management, and long-term investment strategy.
As a licensed Oklahoma broker, Certified Property Manager, and active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Scott remains deeply involved in the property management industry. He currently serves as Chair of the Education Committee for the Oklahoma City NARPM Networking Group and is committed to educating landlords and real estate investors on best practices in rental property management.
