Submit Your Application Online

Every resident occupant aged 18 or older fills out our comprehensive digital application form. A non-refundable $25 screening fee is securely processed online.

Screening & Verification

We review income documents (pay stubs, bank statements, vouchers), rental history, background, and credit. Most applicants receive a decision within 2–3 business days.

Step 4:
Lease Approval & Deposit

If approved, you’ll receive lease docs electronically. You will have a standard 48-hour window to sign and submit the security deposit to reserve the property.

Sign and Move In

Sign your lease through DocuSign. Once all move-in payments are clear, you're ready to go, and if the home is available, move-in can happen in as little as 1–2 days.

Who Can Apply

Rental Qualifications for Homes Throughout the OKC Metro

Credit Score

Yes, combined income may be considered when there is more than one applicant on the application, as long as all applicants complete the process and meet the screening requirements.
