We verify income, run credit and background checks, and contact rental references. Processing takes 2–3 business days.
Approved applicants receive an offer to lease via email. You have 48 hours to accept and submit your security deposit.
Sign your lease via DocuSign, pay first month's rent, and schedule your key pickup. Welcome home!
Most recent 2 pay stubs (if paid bi-weekly). New employees must provide offer letter on company letterhead.
Last 2 years of tax returns, 1099s, and CPA-prepared profit & loss statement. Recent bank statements may also be requested.
Current award letter (dated within 6 months) plus last 3 months of bank statements.
3 months of bank statements showing consistent deposits. Additional documentation may be requested on a case-by-case basis.
Standard security deposit applies.
An additional security deposit or co-signer may be required based on the full credit profile.
Application will not be approved at this threshold.
Applicants without an established score will be reviewed individually; a larger deposit may apply.
