When does my coverage begin?

Your benefits are active from your move-in date. Identity theft protection, credit building reporting, and rewards program enrollment all begin on day one, no waiting period, no activation steps required.

How does the credit-building work?

Your on-time rent payments are reported to major credit bureaus each month. Over time, this consistent payment history contributes positively to your credit profile, the same way a loan or credit card payment would, but using the rent you’re already paying. This helps you build a positive credit history without having to take out a loan or credit card.

Does HVAC filter delivery apply to my unit?

Filter delivery applies to properties with individually controlled HVAC systems. If your unit qualifies, filters are shipped directly to your door on a schedule aligned with recommended replacement intervals. Your property manager can confirm eligibility at move-in.

What happens if I experience identity theft?

Your coverage includes up to $1,000,000 in identity theft protection. In the event of a confirmed identity theft incident, you’ll have access to resolution services to help restore your identity and financial standing. Details on how to file a claim are provided in your resident onboarding materials.

Will new benefits cost extra?

No. As new services and perks are added to the RBP over time, existing residents receive them at no additional cost. You’ll be notified by email whenever a new benefit is added to your package.

Will I have to install the HVAC filters myself?
