Scott Nachatilo is the owner and operator of OKC Home Realty Services, LLC and Nicehome4u, trusted Oklahoma rental agencies specializing in residential property management, leasing, and rental housing services. With more than 27 years of real estate experience, Scott has helped property owners, landlords, and investors successfully manage and grow their rental portfolios throughout Oklahoma City and surrounding communities.
Scott began his real estate journey in 1996 alongside his wife, Stefani, after purchasing their first rental property in Oklahoma City. Over the years, they built a portfolio of single-family homes and small apartment properties, gaining firsthand experience in property acquisition, renovations, leasing, tenant management, and long-term investment strategy.
As a licensed Oklahoma broker, Certified Property Manager, and active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Scott remains deeply involved in the property management industry. He currently serves as Chair of the Education Committee for the Oklahoma City NARPM Networking Group and is committed to educating landlords and real estate investors on best practices in rental property management.
His areas of expertise include tenant screening, lease agreements, property marketing, eviction procedures, property inspections, maintenance coordination, financial management, and legal compliance. Known for his practical and investor-focused approach, Scott has consistently delivered strong occupancy rates, improved property performance, and long-term asset value growth for clients.
In 2006, Scott and his wife co-authored the book “Weekend Warriors Guide to Real Estate,” sharing their real-world experiences buying, renovating, leasing, and selling properties in Oklahoma City.
