Scott began his real estate journey in 1996 alongside his wife, Stefani, after purchasing their first rental property in Oklahoma City. Over the years, they built a portfolio of single-family homes and small apartment properties, gaining firsthand experience in property acquisition, renovations, leasing, tenant management, and long-term investment strategy.
As a licensed Oklahoma broker, Certified Property Manager, and active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Scott remains deeply involved in the property management industry.
